Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
*NEW CLIENTS*
In take forms are sent out as soon as you book your appointment via email. Those intake forms must be sent back no later than 24hrs before your appointment, failure to do so can result in a appointment cancellation. These are needed to know if you have any contraindications to any service you are receiving. These MUST be signed and dated once returned to me.
*APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS*
Appointments must be confirmed 24hrs before your appointment time. If it is not confirmed by then, appointment will be cancelled. Please confirm on time.
*RESCHEDULES/CANCELLATIONS NO CALL/NO SHOWS*
Please reschedule/cancel 24hrs before your appointment time in order to avoid being charged a 50% service cancellation fee after that time frame. No call/no show will result in a 100% service fee. You are given a 15 min grace period, after that it is considered a no show. If payment is not received by end of day, you will be banned from booking until paid.
*PAYMENT*
I will only be accepting cash (preferably), zelle or card payments. I do not accept Venmo, cash app, etc.
